Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love every pair of socks you order from Getsocks.shop. If things didn’t go as planned, we’ve got your toes (and your back) covered.
📦 What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns for unworn socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If the socks have been tried on, washed, or worn, we unfortunately can’t take them back (thanks for understanding — hygiene matters).
💳 Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
🔄 Exchanges
Want to swap for a different color or size? No problem! Let us know within 30 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange (just make sure the socks are unused and in their original condition).
🧾 How to Start a Return
- Email us at getsocksshop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions.
- Package your socks securely and send them back to the address we provide.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our end (like a wrong item or manufacturing defect).

- Socks marked as “Final Sale”
- Used or washed socks
- Gift cards
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items?
Oops — that’s on us. If you received the wrong pair or your socks arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace them or issue a refund, no hassle.
🕰️ Processing Time
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days after we receive them. We’ll email you as soon as your refund or exchange is on the way.
